warranted. At closing you will receive a "Warranty Information" book
providing you with a builders one-year workmanship and materials warranty
as well as a 10-year "Bonded Builders Structural Warranty", giving you the
peace of mind that your home is warranted for the next ten years for any
"structural" problems.

Built Homes holds a North Carolina General Contractors License, is
a member of the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce, the Association of the
United States Army, and a member of Bonded Builders
Home Warranty Association. The principals of the company are active
in their respective churches, are highly involved in city and county affairs,
both are past presidents and active members of the Home Builders
Association of Fayetteville. This year, they will both sit on the
board of the Home Builders Association of Fayetteville together.
